Non -residential premises
In the list of typical projects of residential buildings in Moscow in 1973. A number of successful placements of non -residential premises in the first floors are found. In mass construction, non -residential premises of the first floors are used mainly to accommodate institutions and enterprises of the service of residents.
This is convenient for residents from all points of view, contributes to the architectural expressiveness of buildings, allows us to solve the problem of placing institutions in the capital.
This fully applies to residential complexes of EGR. Here in the first floors various premises and institutions of the service system and organization of life are located. Premises for recreation and meetings of residents, extracurricular stay of children, extended lobby, which contains orders and containers for storage- this is not a complete list of placed objects in the first floors.
The non -residential premises of the first floors of complexes are arranged using the features of the terrain, their compositional solution as a whole and the location in the structure of the district. They are designed both in one and two levels, their interiors are individual, which gives the premises greater artistic expressiveness.
In some cases, laundry self -service, libraries, dry cleaning points, and technical rooms for servicing buildings are placed in the first floors.
In residential complexes, underground space is also intensively used. Under the houses are parking individual vehicles and motorcycles, various technical rooms. The designers adapted the cavities of the box -shaped foundation plates to place the parking lots, and in order to better use the rooms under the buildings themselves, additional compartments are arranged adjacent to their external walls. The compartments are overlapped with prefabricated arched structures.
