It is very important to pay attention to the fact that notaries were not at all in their whim of transactions, or rather take a rather significant responsibility. This is due to the fact that they have a huge responsibility, but at the same time, no practical skills as a registrar of property rights over the first time were observed at all. In the first month, a large number of notaries have already been quite mastered, the benefit of the lack of training programs was not observed. They gained confidence, and also more importantly, practical skills in conducting such transactions. Experts do not recommend transactions with those notaries, the cost of the services of which is much lower compared to average markets, since you run the risk of getting to inexperienced and more accommodating notaries. In the meantime, serious violations regarding the correctness of the design of certain transactions were not revealed. An increasing number of notaries go to the design of such transactions, thereby advertising themselves. Attention should be paid to the total quantitative increase in offers in the market, their composition has partially changed, which ultimately influenced the statistical cost of proposals. In almost all segments of residential real estate, a slight decrease in the cost is noted. But the total growth or fall in value did not exceed 1 percent, which gives the prerequisites to talk about the stability of the domestic residential real estate market.
