Summer 2012 turned out to be very rich in events, one way or another related to construction. Firstly, the state again tried to fight illegal developers. Despite the fact that this was mainly touched by the Moscow Region, they made noise throughout Russia. As always, it is not very clear who eventually won.
The most popular materials for the decoration of facades are still plaster and an old, like brick. However, the popularity of such materials for Russia as, for example, clinker tiles (facing burned clay), even slightly, is growing.
The “absolute champion” among the roofs was metal roofs with a polymer coating. Despite the fact that they can hardly be called a “budget” option, most Russians, apparently in the old fashioned way, prefer to take care of a good roof first of all.
Russians continue to master new technologies. Ladure houses are becoming more comfortable and attractive to thieves. As a result, manufacturers of various kinds of fences and gates cheerfully report on increasing sales.
In general, there has become more housing outside the city, living outside the city has become more fun, and manufacturers no longer consider this market “secondary”.
