Today a rather curious unusual type of construction of wooden houses has appeared. We are talking about the so -called “Canadian technology”. The principle of this technology is based on the industrial manufacture of houses from the original “Sentwitch Panels”.
All details of the house are completely made at the factory, and each panel is made with maximum accuracy. This is necessary, since all panels are transported to a construction site, already completely ready for installation. This technology allows you to start finishing and internal work just a few days after the start of installation!
What is Sentwitch Panels?
This is an original special panel that contains a special three -layer system that is endowed with excellent thermal insulation properties. The outer part of the design of the sandwich panels is made of oriented chips. Inside the structure is a layer, called self -fitting structural polystyrene foam. All these three layers are glued into one with the help of special polyurethane glue.
This type of panels is also a supporting farm, so it became possible to exclude all other parts of the frame from the entire remaining structure of the house. The thickness of the finished panel is produced in various sizes and can vary from 120 to 224 mm. The hotel dimensions of these panels range from minimum 1.22 m and maximum 2.44 m. The length of the panel may exceed 7 meters. Sandwich panels are distinguished by greater strength, they perfectly retain heat.
In Ukraine, SIP technology data began to be applied not very long ago. They are not yet very much in demand in construction. But we can safely say that all over the world they are very popular and are very often used in construction. In the house that is built of this material, it will not be cold, even in severe frosts.
