To resolve the issue regarding the provision of residents of Ukraine accessible residential real estate, it is necessary to introduce an effective state program, but optimally, if this is not a regular program, but directly a mechanism with which you can refinance bonds.
At the same time, it is possible to reduce the cost of housing for most Ukrainians by another method – to reduce the total cost of construction measures. Contribute to the reducing of work and land plots with the communications already implemented and summed up to them. In addition to all this, the primary importance in reducing the cost of housing is becoming corruption among officials.
As noted by experts in the field of construction, at the moment in Ukraine only 54% of financial costs are aimed at construction measures, all other expenses associated with bribes and the development of related infrastructure. Bribes quite often make up about a third of all costs associated with construction work. In the country, the price of $ 600 per square meter is justified, not 1000, as it is now. For such a decrease, intervention is required by the state.
